Pricing

Pricing that is clear before you commit.

Three things set the price of an interview, and you see the total while you create the task. Then pick the plan that matches how you hire.

How a price is built

Skill tier. Length. Urgency.

1. Skill tier

Skills sit in four tiers: Basic, Regular, Niche and Premium. A role takes the tier of its highest must-have skill, so adding nice-to-haves never raises the price.

2. Interview length

Thirty minutes is the standard. Each extra 5 minutes adds a small, fixed step, so a longer deep-dive costs exactly what you expect.

3. Urgency

Need it fast? Mark the role urgent for priority scheduling, at a clearly shown surcharge.

Rarer skills and longer interviews cost more. Nothing else moves the price, and you see the total before you post.

Pricing questions

Do I see the price before I commit?

Yes. While you create a task, an estimate updates with your skills, interview length and priority. The same price is what you are invoiced.

What decides the skill tier?

Each skill is placed in a tier by our team. A role takes the highest tier among its must-have skills. Good-to-have skills do not change the price.

Are there extra charges?

Only the three things above, plus applicable taxes. Cancelled interviews and no-shows are not charged.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Talk to us and we will move you to the package that fits how your hiring has changed.

Can prices change after I post a task?

A completed interview is billed at the price recorded when it was completed. Changes to our rate card never alter work already done.
