Create your account with your phone number, verified by a one-time code.
Build your profile
Add your experience, the skills you can interview on and how strong you are in each, and your weekly availability. You can save at any step and come back.
Verification and review
Add your ID and payout details. Our team reviews your profile and approves it, or tells you what to fix.
Go active
Once approved you appear to our Ops team as an available expert. You are emailed the details of every interview assigned to you.

Every skill sits in a tier. Higher tiers carry a higher payout, so deep specialists are rewarded for it.
You will see the tier of each skill when you build your profile, and the amount you earn for each upcoming interview.

Who can join?
Experienced engineers at Mid, Senior or Principal level with real depth in at least one skill. Every profile is reviewed by our team before you interview anyone.
Will companies see my name?
Not by default. Clients see a panel code such as PN000063. You can choose to show your name on feedback reports, in your profile settings, and change it later.
How and when am I paid?
Your completed interviews are grouped into a monthly payout. A payout is released once the companies you interviewed for have paid. You can see each payout and its status on your dashboard.
How do I know what I will earn?
Earnings are based on the skill tier and the length of the interview, and your dashboard shows the amount for every upcoming and completed interview.
What if a candidate does not show up?
You can mark a no-show from your dashboard once the interview has started. Our Ops team takes it from there.
